Bec, I think people are still somewhat interested in getting together...just sort of a change in what to do. It's supposed to be 20 degrees and spitting potentially frozen stuff Sat so I'm personally not interested in a bon fire...plus, like I said I've been fighting a cold. Sorry Pansy. I'm thinking it's looking more like a smaller gathering maybe locally, but nothing set yet. I believe Cliff, Scott P and wife, myself, pansy, and maybe Cohoon are all interested. DeDe sounds like she may be pooping out. I don't think she's interested in doing anything in Festus, and I can't blame her. I don't care where we end up long as it's indoors w/cold drinks and preferably some music. I just hate to waste a Sat night when I've got no family to contend w/ya know? You available tomorrow night?

Hey, you better figure out how sick your kiddo is before you go making plans for tomorrow evening. If he's anything like my girls when they're sick, you'll not be going anywhere. When my girls are ill, I practically wear them like a piece of clothing. I thought I had strep this week too b/c my throat was hurting SO bad, but Tylenol has helped keep the pain down quite a bit and it seems to finally be getting better. Granny had it to and went in for strep test...negative, but she could barely talk for a few days.

Nasty stuff going around right now. I'm just praying my girls don't get it...yeah, right.

Tracy you dont have to worry about layering as you know i am a perfect gentleman. We can probably just check Metal Studs website for next weekends gig, that i could possibly make.

Good morning all. I have a sitter for Saturday however I don't know if I really want to drive to Festus. It's a long way back home after drinking and not very safe roads (M, MM, W). Haven't cancelled the sitter just yet, still wondering what to do.

Next week I am most likely in, considering husband will be hunting again, and I don't want to miss the Metal Studs, freaking love those guys!!!!

Graff we have a babysitter, so we can go out, I think the hubby may be with me, but not sure.
We are going out to eat first, to Ruth's Chris then we are planning on doing something. I just keep logging in to forum to see what everyone is doing, but no definite plans it looks like to me.

okay, thru the grapevine i believe cino still has free pass tomorrow night and may or may not be bringing the wife. he suggested maybe getting together at Oasis in Imperial. Would save some of our northern friends from driving at least part of the way. Anyone interested in that gig?

Bel, looking like maybe Oasis tomorrow night...low key which is good for me. Need to get stuff done around my homestead some this weekend. Gonna keep the drinking down...no shots for this girl. Still looking forward to being among friends though. DeDe said HF is a cool place. Maybe we can swing that next Sat night when Studz are there.

Nolen, you are the bbq king, aren't you. I missed out on your bbq at the Patsy Party Sat, but Andrea had a tiny taste and was raving about it. Good for you. Sounds like a lovely family evening. I think the girls and I are spending this evening in front of the fireplace going thru the Toys R Us Big Toy Book. Also picked up a few family friendly movies from the library.

Renatta, will give you a call when I know something for sure about tomorrow night.

Graff, oasis is a dive, but if all of us are there it should be fun.
