Bec, only been to Oasis once - few weeks ago a handful of us met there for happy hour. We had a good time. You're right - all depends on the company you keep. I mean think about Squeakers...same thing. I would not go in there to hang out on my own, but w/friends, it's a good time. I can tell you at the happy hour there was some chick hanging out w/some guys playing pool that had a little baby in there that evening...sweet! Makes for good conversation anyway.

I did talk to Denise earlier in the week, but haven't talked to her since. Will give her a call if and when anything gets set in stone.

Andrea Windsor (Portlock) Iggys is ok too, no music? Frankie G's is a good place too. Bar area is good. I agree Oasis is a dive but like Bec said if everyone is there it will be fun, Not sure who is playing at Oasis.. What about Twister's . I will check to see who is playing there too.

Becky Pollard (Hammon) Are you guys eating @ Iggy's then going to Oasis? Oh and about Twisters' that place is so loud you cannot even hold a conversation there and when you leave, your head will still be vibrating on Sunday. You should only go there if you are already drunk and you just plan on swaying to vibrating bass. WHAT'S UP DEDE?/???///???????

Andrea Windsor (Portlock) Just checking the websites of a few good band's that I've heard and not anyone playing around here. Twister's is having some band that I have never heard of.. Bec you are right. Now that is a DIVE. My house is always an option and we do not have to go out side just sit and chat or what ever.. wii tournament.. hahahha just kidding.

Scott Pacino we played it ALOT when we first got it..we have the drums, mic, and guitar.....we have a lot of fun with it.

Hey Bec wwhat's up. Pampered Chef party tonight huh?

I cancelled my mom for a babysitter tomorrow night, but got her scheduled next Saturday when the Studs are at Helen's. I won't be joining you guys but keep me there in spirit. However, the wii tournament sounds like fun, probably because I have never played and I am a little competitive. Anyway hope all have fun and are safe.

Cino, tell Laura that I said hello. I would love to go out another time when she is going, maybe next weekend if you can get her out two weeks in a row.

Renetta, welcome to the class of 88!!! Haven't heard my phone ringing yet......... Hope you and Lonnie can come out and play next weekend too, the Metal Studs are great!!!!

yeah, i know that was pretty stupid.
is it your party? i've been to one before and the food was really good. and they had fun little gadgets. have fun.

i've been reading the posts. i'm not out because i live in cape. it's really not a bad drive, especially with no kids (time to myself is rare). anyway....if i can make any of the get together's, i will let someone know.

anyway - hope you all get well before the holidays. maybe i should just stay put here in my southland, away from you sicko's. HA!
