Only people I know for sure besides myself are DeDe and her hubby, Cino, Patrick, Griff and Hamby, Gina, Andrea and her hubby, Belinda, Voyles and his wife and I think Cino may have invited some additional peeps from the class of 89. He talked to Geiler and she said she was going. Hope to see you there. Andrea, KMA - how are those initials for ya? Don't think anyone is planning to meet up for dinner. I threw out that idea earlier for the local peeps but didn't get any response. The whole point of dinner was to have food in us to ward off some of the alcohol intake...unfortunately, last time we did that, we were all drinking at dinner...not sure that plan helped much.

Mispelling my name can be a bit disturbing. My sister is teaching her kids to call me Aunt Gyna.....terrible! Actually, when the recording from Blockbuster calls it says "ReGYNA".....nice.

Pacino thanks for the phone call that means alot in times likes this. I know this is a rough time of year for everyone but if anyone can help out with some clothes or anything for my friends it would be greatly appreciated. I know they would appreciate it and so would I. Do not know if they would work for your friend. They are sizes M - Large shirts. and I think some pants size 10-12. Let me know. Did they have insurance? I have some other things that I will donate too

I tried to call the bar to buy a round for all you drunk tankards but no answer! Get you next time! No post on last nites activities so either it was boring or noones talking in fear of repurcussions! Like to think the last part is more likely! Actually you all are so old probably still in bed with an icepack on your noggins and a handful of ibuprofin to swallow!!! HAHAHAHA NC is nice. Found a hole n the wall Biker Bar that only serves "Beer and Insults". I would say nice little bar but not true, people where actually my kinda people in a way. Good people! Rough looking though! Weather wise im able to go outside with a long sleeve shirt with shorts and not freeze! Everyone take care!!!

You know everyone needs help from time to time and the class of 1988 has been coming through for me and my friends in their time of need. I have had phone calls from everyone and i really really appreciate it. The next time we go out as a class the first round is on me for all the support of my friends. God bless all of you. 12/07/08 09:01 PM #1698     Andrea Windsor (Portlock) Hey all just got off the phone with Rodney. As I can gather, these are pretty good friends of him and his wife. I mentioned something to him about having a benefit for the family until the insurance company can help. Anyone interested in helping me? He is checking with the family on Monday and getting the update on where they are going to be staying. They are living with friends right now but they are talking about renting a house until they can see what is going to happen. I told him that I would be willing to put together anything for them. It's like a "Pay if Forward" deal for me. My husband's police department raised money for us when we needed it the most so I think it is my time to help. What do ya say gang? Let me know. Does anyone think Darvin would let us use the back room for a night and throw something together like some silent auction stuff? Does anyone else have a better idea let me know.

12/07/08 10:07 PM #1700     Billy Evans All Just got off the phone with Rodney and I have to say I am very proud of our class. He has been flooded with calls and believe he appreciates it as much as his friend does. In our talk there was a mention of a benefit which may take some planning and a while to accomplish. One of my concerns is Christmas for the kids, especially the 6 year old. I suggested to Rodney that maybe as a class we could donate for xmas gifts for the kids. He didnt know what or if the parents had gotten them that was lost in the fire but he is going to find out. Let me know what you all think. I know this is a bad time of the year to donate but I couldnt imagine how much harder it is for them. Anything would help. I am going to call some of my friends and try to guilt them into donations, I have no shame in asking for donations to help out a family in need and also a classmate that is struggling with it to, YOUR A GOOD FRIEND TO THEM RODNEY AND STEPH!!!! glad they have such good friends. Classmates give me back any input or suggestions.

I am certainly willing to help out. I have some clothes that I had been getting together to donate to Disabled American Vets but if they are the right sizes, I will certainly bring them down to Festus. I am not as brave as Andrea and will not post my size on the forum :) BTW Andrea, you just kind of disappeared Friday night. No good-bye or anything! I guess now I know why. Bill, we did have a good time Friday night. Your name was mentioned several times and I am sure there were plenty of drinks to make up for your absence! It was great to see everyone again and really good to see some of the folks who were not able to make it to the reunion.
