Happy New Year's Eve Eve everyone! Hope to catch up with everyone in'09. Maybe we need a bowling night or something other that Darvins. Try to build on my 90 average. Peace out.

Hey everyone! I wanted to wish all of you a Happy New Year!

Happy New Year's to all. Have a fun safe New Year's Eve. Cohoon...I like the bowling idea...must warn you though...Gina and I were on a bowling league together in grade school. There are others you know who were on our 'team' but I won't out those individuals...will leave it to them to come out of the dork closet on their own. Sorry Gina, that's just what best friends do to one another.

i'm not scared of bowling. i like that idea. although i have to warn you all - i am soooo terrible at it. on another note, i have a 40 year old bowling ball somewhere in my possession (tracy - it was granny's).
i would make the trip just to act a fool...for the good of the group, of course.

Happy New Year to all! Hope everyone had a great Christmas...we sure did.
Bowling actually sounds like fun. I could grab a ball out of my neighbors yard...yes, she has about 10 of them in her back yard around a tree.
Be safe tonight. I work tomorrow, so my excitement is having five kids at my house up until midnight :)

Happy New Years to all! Be Safe out there if you are going out.

Bowling does sound entertaining...especially if I am playing because I am very BAD at it! I would provide those expert players a good laugh at my expense. Shari you and I could do battle for who is the worst player in our class;)

hope all had a great x-mas and a safe new year! Cohoon, I have one piece of advice that helped my bowling game tremendously - Bumpers!! All you need is a child under 12 with you. I went from a 75 average to a 235 average in a week!!

I'll be spending a lot of time in Tennessee but I'll try to make any outing we decide to have.

Peace out-Nolen has left the building (to grab his first beer)

Now there are more overweight people in America than average-weight people. So overweight people are now average… which means, you have met your New Year's resolution.

Happy New Year everyone! Pacino and Cohoon, I like your ideas for the next gathering.
I hope everyone had a wonderful and safe holiday. My living room currently looks like a toy store, I think it is going to drive me crazy. Although, I must say the new toys have kept the boys very busy the last several days. It's been nice. No guitar hero though. We did play it at a friend's house the other night and I must say it is pretty entertaining.
TGP -- thanks for the shout out and for calling me a dork for being on a bowling league! Good times on Saturday mornings!
Nite-nite.

hello people. just so you know, i totally love playing guitar hero - rock band...especially on the beginner mode - i totally rock out. who knew i could play the electric guitar so well.

i'm also pretty good at High School Musical 1,2,3 Dance mat game. the house shakes a little, but i think it's the old floors. Trac - i'll have to bring it up so we can play it with the girls.

DeDe Patterson (Wilken)

Hello everyone and Happy New Year!!! I haven't been on the forum for a while, hope no one missed me too bad.

Cohoon and Pacino, sounds like great ideas for the next gathering. I too am a previous bowler, I used to be on a league with my stepdad, good times.

Today I am suffering from some elbow discomfort from playing baseball on our friends wii, I have to let the competitiveness in me go!!!!!!!

Can't wait for another get together, keep us posted!!!

Ok, How about Jan 16th for bowling at Quonset Lanes....they have cosmic bowl at 9:30, so we could eat, drink before and bowl.....cost is $10 for as many games as we can get in. I need to get a count so I can make reservations..........

Hey Scotty - hope you had a good b-day; count us (me and John) in. Thanks for setting this up.

Bowling sounds like fun. How soon do you need to know numbers and what is the time frame? I'll have to line up the sitter before we can commit.

Belinda Allen (Mobley)

Scott,
Count me in! You should get a good laugh at my expense!!

Tracy Graff (Patterson)

I'm in Scott...I won't be able to stay out too late that night though as I'm hosting Granny's SURPRISE 85th birthday party Saturday the 17th at our house. Hope everyone had a wonderful New Year's. Keep us posted on the 16th Cino. Shari, any word on the band schedule?

01/05/09 11:42 AM #1824

Shari Polk (Boxdorfer)

Hey Scott. Tentatively count me in on the cosmic bowl. i will be in town for mine and tracy's granny's bday party (btw - if anyone knows or sees her, don't tell. it's a surprise.)

Tracy and all who are interested. Band gig is tentatively set for Saturday, February 7th in Cape Girardeau. I'll send more details later. hope you can make the trip. location is tbd. trac - i think it may be the cup and cork.

01/05/09 02:53 PM #1825

Tracy Graff (Patterson)

Shari, thanks for the info. I really liked the cup and cork. Keep us posted. Also, you should be receiving an e-mail regarding MacKenna's birthday bunking party this Sat. Totally understand if you can't swing it, but hope you can. Promise to lock up all non-kid friendly 'toys' if you're bringing Cy. ; )

Gina, as we're having yet another bunking party, thought I'd mention to you that we'll be having cake and ice cream at the house for the fam at 2p...just in case you were going to be down this way visiting, thought you might want to drop by so your boys could assist on the cake and ice cream. Plus, I know the girls would love to see the boys. Dakota was just telling my Aunt Kay a story about her 'cousin' Bryce yesterday...the six flags trip.

Hey All.

So...our band is playing in Cape on Saturday, February 7th. We start around 8:30. It's in the downtown area. i can post directions for you later. Tracy has been there.

I'm planning on not having children in the house that nite, so we can retire back to my place to hang out if anyone is interested.

also, if anyone needs to sleep over, you are welcomed. if you would feel more comfortable, there are several hotels in town that i can get information for you if you are interested.

It'll be fun!!! Hope you all can come down.
