After high school, I attended the University of Iowa and graduated in 1983. Having enough of cold winters, I packed my stuff and headed southwest to Arizona for graduate school. I was a full time grad student for two years and then decided I'd rather have heat than cold so stayed!

I do miss a lot about Iowa and visit as often as I can. My whole family are Hawkeye fans. In the heat of the summer it sure does sound appealing to move back!
