I went to travel school after High School and got a job as a travel agent in 1991 at One Stop Travel in Humboldt which I worked at and managed for 9 years. I also got married in 1991 to Kevin Ferry. Since then we have had two daughters, Samantha and Amanda. While pregnant with Amanda I decided to put my full time career on the back burner to be a full time Mommy and have stayed home with my children as well as doing a Home Daycare ever since as well as work as an outside sales agent for the travel agency that I had previously worked for. To this day I still run both business out of my home! It keeps me busy but available when my kids need me, which honestly is pretty much all the time!
Kevin and I will be married for 17 years this summer and believe it or not we are still very happy to be living here in the Fort Dodge area near all of our family. Kevin's two boys both have children, making us.......grandparents!! Crazy I know!! I am WAAAYYYY too young to be a grandma but we have three grandsons!
I guess that pretty much sums up the basics of my very full and happy life!!
