I enlisted in the Marine Corps right out of school. (I actually skipped the first day of our senior year to get sworn in!)I served with the 1st Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Intelligence Group during Desert Storm, and was discharged in 1993. After my military service, I worked as a government security contractor until 2001, when I (Finally!)went back to college. I graduated in 2002 with a degree in Emergency Medical Science, and have been working actively as a Paramedic ever since. I met my wife, Cassie, in 96, and we were married in October of 99. Our daughter, Claire, was born in 2003, and our son, Brendan, was born in 2006. We currently share a way too small house with two cats, Prissy (AKA Devilkitty), and Zoe, who is an appetite with fur and claws. We are just about to break ground on a new house on 30 acres of haymeadow that Cassie's parents gave us, so by the end of this year, we should be moved in, and getting ready to start a small hobby farm.
UPDATED!!!:
We adopted another stray cat, a little black bundle of claws and fangs named Pepper. We found her under a bush in the yard, soaking wet and skinny as a rail. Claire saw her, so now we have three cats. Our house is nearly done, with a projected move in date of November 1, more or less. Yay!
