I simply don't miss the cold :)

Married for 30 years this July to Ted (and we are still best friends and enjoy each other's company :)

Ted was in sales for 20 years and made a career change to a High School Business teacher for the past 10 years. He loves it !

I am head of Commercial Lines & Operations at a large Insurance Agency overseeing 2 offices & 80+ employees.

Our kids are 26 & 23 yrs old. How time flies :). They are the joy of our lives !! Both are blessed with beauty (inside & out), a great sense of humor, strong values, & unique talents. We are so proud of them !!!
UPDATE 2020: I am currently Retired as of Feb 2019; and I am absolutely loving it! Ted will be retiring this June at the end of the School year. Yay 😀. Then the fun begins ! We will be moving to Tampa or St Petersburg FL, to be closer to my parents. And we plan to travel & focus on exercise & our health during retirement; along with developing new hobbies & charity work. So excited 😆
UPDATE 2021: Ted joined me in retirement in June 2020. Unfortunately it was in the middle of our pandemic. 🤣 But we learned just how much we love hiking trails, being in nature, seeing all the wildlife, and sitting on the beach overlooking our beautiful sunsets 🌅! We are also helping care for my 85 year old parents. They are still independent but slowing down a lot. I’m so blessed to still have them.

I will never forget building up the courage to sign up for our HS Talent Show and I sang Debbie Boone’s “You Light Up My Life”. I was terrified but I did it !! Friends called me Debbie Boone for weeks. Lol 😆

My favorite part of high school was singing in Mrs K’s Chamber Choir !! That lead me to become the Music Director for the High School group at our Catholic Church in South Florida for 15 years. We sang modern Christian music and had a drummer, 2 guitarists & a piano player. (For a Catholic Church this was quite progressive. Lol 😂). I could sing solos & meditations now with no fear; plus I sang for weddings. Our music really helped build the Youth mass. Amazing memories !!
