After high school I spent 21 years in the Army.
I served in 7 countries from Viet Nam, Korea, Okinawa, Germany (Frankfurt, Sindelfingen and Wildflecken), Turkey, Sadie Arabia and Kuwait.
My assignments ranged from Instructor for Transpotation Officer Basic and Advance Courses, Senior Military U. S. Customs Program Manager/Inspector, NCOIC of Military Ocean Terminal, Iskenderein, Turkey, First Sergeant and my last assignment was with Concepts and Studys for Transpotation and Logistics.
My ongoing education while in the service were night classes through the University of Maryland. After the Army I took a four year Education for Ministry classes from The University of the South, Swanee, TN. Volunteered in KAIROS Prison Ministry here in VA and I am currently a Facilitator for Family Foundations International which is based out of Littleton CO.
My wife Carol and I travel to TX, PA, AZ, GA and VA to see our four kids,10 grandchildren ages ranging from 26 to 3, siblings and their family’s. Traveled a lot during 2020 to see family and friends hope to continue in the future.

Hey there.
I lived in Germany off and on for 6 years. loved our time there. A lot of history, great food, wine, beer and the people. The DoD school system that we were exposed too was assume for kids and adults. Thanks for being part of a system that educated my kids and me while in Germany and other places in the world.
