Terry Brann

St. Francis---Terry L. Brann, 61, of St. Francis, ME, who took his final earthly breath at NMMC on November 6, 2022, with family by his side, is now breathing freely in a place that knows no pain or suffering. He was born in Fort Kent on a frigidly cold day on January 14, 1961, the third child of Donald and Elizabeth (Betty) Brann. Terry was educated in local schools where he took pride in making the Honor Roll on a regular basis. After graduating from FKCHS in 1979, he worked different jobs locally for several years. He then moved to Connecticut, where he would work the last 30 years of his life in carpentry, construction, and building demolition. During his time there in CT, Terry once said that his weekly, Sunday calls to Mom were his "burst of happiness" that stayed with him all week. A natural athlete, he loved baseball and basketball (the Red Sox and the Celtics, of course;) and as often as he could, he loved the outdoors where he loved to fish and hunt. He was quite the storyteller and could rattle of joke after joke for hours. In addition to his Mom and Dad, Terry was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Leonard and Phoebe Thibodeau and his paternal grandparents, Neal and Leanna Brann, as well as several aunts and uncles. He leaves behind his six siblings, Donna, Barry (Lisa,) Martha, Lori, Beth (Travis,) and Tim (JoDawn;) also, his two aunts, Nathalie Brann Dubois and Lucille Charette Thibodeau, along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins. The family would like to thank his doctors and nurses at NMMC for looking after Terry in his final days. We all took great comfort in knowing that everyone one of you genuinely cared about him. May Terry's kind and gentle soul rest easily now, and may every heavenly breath he takes be sweet and pain-free. May he take comfort in having Mom there to talk to (not only on Sundays,) but for all always. May he and Dad visit every sparkling river and brook together in heaven where they both catch unlimited fish each and every time. Also, may your days be surrounded by all your heavenly family and friends who were waiting there to greet you. And, finally, may you be enveloped by the purity of their love - that holy love in which you so richly deserve. Our dearest brother, you will be missed. Arrangements have been entrusted to Lajoie-Daigle Funeral Home
