1970's: spent 6 months in Europe

had three children a daughter, Tonicha, 1971; a son, Juri, 1977; a daughter, Erin, 1978
1980's: moved to Victoria
worked at CIBC for 7 years
continued my university education and graduated in 1989
was involved in Latin American issues and community
1990's: completed a degree in Applied Linguistics
lived and taught in Japan for one-and-a-half years
taught ESL in Victoria for a number of years
got into alternative healing
got involved in my husband's sushi business
travelled to the Netherlands a number of times
began taking cello lessons
2000 to present:
Granddaughter, Abby, born in 2001
Grandson, Lucas, born in 2003
sold sushi business
played in student string quartets
travelled to Mexico and Northern Europe
taking courses in Intercultural Education
becoming interested and involved in Food Security
