Sandy, you were a beautiful ,sweet and to some of us a mysterious girl. I doubt there was a single red blooded male who didn't lust after you at one time or another. I will never forget the night you were a guest in my house. It allowed me to see you in a totally new light. Until then I had you on such a pedestal that I thought you would never give me the time of day. Rest in peace sweet woman...you left an indelible mark.

I'm sorry I didn't get to know Sandy better. I had a call from Tyrone Silas just before our last reunion because he wanted to get in touch with her. His health had been failing and he wanted her to know what a positive impact she made on his attendance to DMHS. He felt she was genuinely kind and interested in his transition from LPA to DMHS. He wasn't able to get in touch with her but his words and her actions touched me and increased my respect for both of them.
