Did you ever get stopped by Officer Banketas (sp?)? If so, what is your story?

I walked back and forth to school most days. It was a mile from home and back then there were no sidewalks so we would walk on the edge of the road. But Officer Banketas would come along on his motercycle and yell at us to get back off the road and back in the dirt. We would usually do it and wait for him to ride off and get back on the street again.

Not in High School just in Jr High

Nope

Watched all the other people do their thing

Do you own a motorcycle? If you don't, do you wish you did?

Not anymore, Hubby had one back in the day but too old for that now

Have raised kids, grandkids, and now great-grandkids, I have lived in New Mexico for a while before the sand in my shoes brought me back to Florida. But now I am Landlocked in Ocala, with Lots of Lakes but No Ocean.

I help run a web page that is a Memorial to Victims of Gun Violence. And I am on the Board of Directors for the Non-profit that goes with it.

So very sorry to hear of Kenny's passing,  He was my neighbor and my first friend as a child and we were friends for many many years. I have tried to keep in touch with him but had not heard from him in a few years,  He will truly be missed by me and many others.  Fly High Eagle!!!  Spread your wings!!!
