Michael Ruskin

Thank you, to all of the Classmates of "69 for their birthday greetings.  I heard on a program last week that 70 is the new 30.  Let's hope that 102 becomes the new 62, I'll let you know when I get there, LOL.  Thank you all, again.

BTW, it seems ironic that "THE GRADUATE" is on TCM tonight, I remember Mrs. Robinson.

My latest adventure....we took three grandsons to dollywood. I forgot my age and went on a very scary roller coaster. I thought my neck would break on all of the switchbacks. What was I thinking!! Rick was smart enough to wimp out.

Well we are going to have a busy fall. Please note the Diamond Jubilee celebration listed below.

Posting from Joyce Matthews Randall:

Tentative date for Dan McCarty's 60th birthday celebration is November 9, 2013. DMHS opened in September, 1953, as Fort Pierce H.S., but was changed to Dan McCarty H.S. in November after the death of the Governor. It served as a high school until 1970 when DMHS and LPA were merged into FP Central H.S. It then became a middle school. We have a planning meeting on Sept. 5 at 4:30 at DMS library for anyone interested in helping plan our Diamond Jubilee.

I imagine everyone sees Baraba Reeves at the far right of pic. Everyone holding some kinda of milk carton or something. Am I crazy or is this pic taken in front of the former Glenton home near DMHS.
