Richard, you may have lost your voice but your writings nailed it. We all have memories of burdens we have had to face and question, Why me? God has a plan for us all and I must say many of the things we have to face I question. Then the memories when you look back you see how strong it has made us . I relate to you in one of the hardest things I had to deal with was the Alzheimers with my Mom. I was in denial starting in 1977 and like I tell so many I lost my Mom twice and finally in 1987. I miss my parents but learned so much from them and look forward to the day when we are all together again when I meet my Maker. Until then I count my Blessings and know that God's plan is in place and our prayers are being answered. Each day is a Gift from God and I try to make memories to share. Your writings are great memories and helps so many people and know that I for one really appreciated this one.

Humble and Kind says it all about you. This Rambling is one of my favorite, considering all that is going around in the world today. As far as patience in recognizing why so many things are happening and our prayers don't seem to be answered I have to remind myself who is in charge. So saying that, Keep your Faith and your Ramblings as God does answer prayers and your voice will be one when He is ready. Thank you so much for your writings and helping others we need more people like you. So glad you mentioned Mrs. Parsons as she was a great teacher and we old retired teachers like to think our students do remember us. God's Blessings to you and yours.

Thanks Cheryl - I would like to ask you to keep me in your prayers - for nine months they have been running tests on my throat. They can find nothing wrong; but I a steadily losing my voice. I am good for about 3 hours in the morning and then I'm pretty much voiceless for the remaining part of the day. The Dr.s have given up here - tomorrow I'm off to the Mayo Clinic to start all over. Thanks in advance for your prayers.

Richard thank you for sharing your tribute to your Mom again. What great memories you have and what a joy it is to read them . We were Blessed to be raised by our parents and know that we have the best to offer our children and grandchildren thanks to our Moms and Dad. I am sure when we see them again they too will be proud of what you have done here on earth. Keep the Spirit Alive is what you do for so many and we thank you.
Tommy, please send an email to your class - I have posted a Message for Mother's Day - the email is timely
Thanks for your kind words Joyce. I too have pets and it breaks my heart to think about them not knowing what happened to me

Allan,
I am so sorry to hear of your brother's passing, and most of all at this time of year. I know that is so painful. I did not know him personally but if he was anything like his brother, he was a fine man. We lift you and your family up in prayer
