
Jesse L. Patterson, Jr, 39, died May 23, 1991. He was a native of
Fort Pierce, graduating from Dan McCarty High School. He moved to
Jackson, Mississippi, from Tampa. He was a field manager for the
U.S. General Stenographer Administration.
He was a member of Anderson United Methodist Church of Jackson and
the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity.
Survivors at the time of his death included his mother, Earthie Singleton of Fort Pierce; three
sisters, Janie Patterson-Knight and Cindia Patterson-Miller of Fort
Pierce, and Ada Mae Hall of Fort Lauderdale; four brothers, Edmond
Patterson of Miami; Charles Patterson of Atlanta, GA; and Norman
Patterson and Leroy Singleton of Fort Pierce; two uncles, Roosevelt
Williams of Orlando and James Williams of Miami; and a very close
friend, Freddie Walls of Tampa.
He is buried at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
