Frances and I were good friends in elementary school. I think we had Ms. Furr together in 5th grade. I remember her as a happy and funny girl.My mom also had MS but lived into her 70's, however the last 7 years of her life were spent in a nursing home, something I'm glad Frances didn't have to endure for as long as that.
MS is a very insidious disease and I'm so sorry Frances and her family had to experience that, in addition to the loss of her.

I only knew Frances by my saying "Hi" to her in the halls of Dan McCarty. She always had a beautiful smile! Made my day! I'm glad that she is now living in a fantastic place!
