Vickie Lynn Swoope , 38, died March 10, 2000.
She was a lifelong resident of Fort Pierce.
Miss Swoope was a member of Greater New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, Joaquin L. Swoope of Fort Pierce; a daughter, Aqueelia T. Farnell of Miami; her mother, Eliza Swoope of Fort Pierce; brothers, Eli Swoope Jr. of Fayetteville, N.C., Alvin Sr., Deforest and Craig, all of Fort Pierce, Frederick Swoope of New Orleans and Bobby Ryder Swoope of Atlanta; four sisters, Virginia Swoope -Miller of Miami, W. Maude, Althea and Vernesha Swoope , all of Fort Pierce.
SERVICES: Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. at Stone Brothers Funeral, Fort Pierce. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the East Florida Primitive Baptist Association Temple with the Rev. Dr. Howard D. Coleman officiating. Interment will follow at Riverview Memorial Park, Fort Pierce.
