A Time to Be Born: Ladrus Goodman was born December 8th, 1961 to Moise Goodman and Ruby Thompson.
A Time to Live: Ladrus was a native and resident of Fort Pierce Fl, he was affectionately known by those who loved him as Buster. He attended and graduated from Fort Pierce Central High school, class of 1979. He enlisted in U.S armed services where he served honorably. He was a self-employed entrepreneur where he founded “Don’t Fuss, Call Bus Handyman Services.” He loved fishing, gardening, traveling and barbecuing, he was known as the “Rib Doctor”. He also enjoyed his CB Radio. His handle was “3C’s” for Calm, Cool and Collected.
A Time to Serve: He loved the Lord and enjoyed singing. He was in three singing ministries in his home church, Miracle Prayer Temple. He was always excited about singing with the Successful Believers, the Jubilee Singers, and Shabach Praise team. When he was unable to sing he still received weekly text from his groups with songs and Sundays attire. This was a weekly boost to him, his words were “I’m still in the loop”. Bro. Goodman could often be heard quoting a phase he learned from his Apostle, “live Rapture Ready”, and that he did. He has a special love for his spiritual leaders, Apostle James H. and Pastor Patricia A Brown, and the church family.
A Time to Depart: Ladrus transition on April 5th 2018 from earth to his heavenly home while at Kindred hospital of the Palm Beaches with his wife by his side.
A Time to Mourn: We believe that Jesus died and rose again and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him. According to the Lord's own word, we tell you that we who are still alive, who are left till the coming of the Lord, will certainly not precede those who have fallen asleep. For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. 1 Thessalonians 4:14-16 (NIV)
He was preceded in death by his sisters Diedria Goodman and Necherell Washington.
