Robin Stiers White

We stayed in the area until 2000, then we moved to Tennesse. I owned and managed a bridal boutique for close to 15 years, then sold it to go with my husband to TN. I loved it there, but I love Florida more! We're living in West Palm Beach now and have been since 2003. We work at Palm Beach Atlantic University. Bob is the Athletic Director and I work in the chapel office. Our life is pretty normal, we've gotten to travel to alot of different countries, but mainly on missions trips. We did go to France and spent 3 days in Paris and I thought of Ms. Stanton and our Humanities class. It's funny, but back then we only dreamed of seeing the world. I was intrigued with the slides that she showed of her historical travels, never knowing I would ever have some of the same opportunities.God is good!

I vaguely remeber something about "Zilla", but not sure what it was all about.

The semester we were divided and I learned I had to go to Westwood, I promised a friend at FPC that I would join the Marine Biology Club with her. I'm not sure why, I would not have even been at FPC the next year to participate...but she wanted to... and they took a trip to the Keys each year. I had heard the initiation was bad, but went with her anyway. The initiation included a blindfolded ride in a van to the old Indian Graveyard on IR Drive. We were packed in a van of just students...the driver hit a dog...bad memory....we only heard it...then they put chicken guts and spoiled food and stuff on us...weird, huh? Funny thing is Westwood didn't have a Marine Biology Club. My good friend Gayle went to the Keys that year and the next and I just remember being a part of a very random initiation....

I have alot of funny memories , but never enough time to write.
