Why I'm not coming to the reunion

In the last few minutes, I REALLY know why -- brain fog.  I just wrote a message and "accidently" deleted it as I tried to send it.  So here goes again. I don't think I should go to the reunion and see all my OLD friends.  I would be so traumatized at so much gray hair, wrinkles, and weight gain.  I am referring to myself, of course.  Judging by the pictures you all look so young and vivacious. And slender. And most of you have colorful (or colored) hair.  As for the 40th year reunion group picture, the only one I immediately recognized is Donna Colico. You look just the same as a half century ago (go 'way, little green man on my shoulder!) Oh, I just put on my glasses and saw the green mighty mite was real - a green bug!  Anyway, I thought I recognized also Elaine Saffen, but it can't be her as this person's hair is blond. I used to be blond - after I had brown hair - and before I was bald and then white (chemotherapy, if you didn't get it).  I also recognized Gary Novak since he has put his current picture on the site.  (My goodness, Gary, what teeth!  Are they real?) I think I do recognize some of the others in the 40th picture, but I can't put your faces and names together without my Luminarium which I left on Kauai before I moved. Maybe it's better that way. I really wish I could be there with you, even though you are old. I will consider coming to #60 - or, better yet, #51 if you plan it. Or we could all meet at the beach out here.  And surf.  In our wheelchairs. If I can still breathe and walk, I'm all for #51 being in Fort Wayne; 'cause,  like I always say:  "Never put off till next decade what you can do this decade."
