From Jan Brueggeman Clymer - Dave Brueggemann, my twin brother, passed away unexpectedly on December 14, 2022. He had recently (3 weeks prior) been diagonased with Myelodysplastic Syndrome MDS, a blood cancer, and had just started treatment. Originally they told him he had 2-3 years possibly to live. When Dave told us he was so upbeat and said "It's all good! If he dies soon, I'll be with Claudia (his wife that passed last Oct. one week before there 56 wedding anniversary) otherwise I'm alive. It's all good!" We could tell he was sincere. In the last 15 years or so Dave had grown spiritually and lived his life to give glory to God. He was very involved at his church: doing carpentry work, head elder, helped with communion and baptisms, served on school board, mowed the grass, helped two other mission ministries and in doing all of that gave him great pleasure. I will miss my twin, life is different, but I am so blessed because we shared the love of the Lord and had many good discussions and I have good memories.
