DAVID LEE HAMILTON, 76, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Monday, May 21, 2018, at Greystone Health & Rehabilitation. Born March 23, 1942, in Fort Wayne, he was a son of the late John and Anna (Ditzen berger) Hamilton. A talented master gardener, David's passion was gardening, both vegetable and floral. He is survived by his siblings, Myrna Douglas of Fort Wayne and Robert Hamilton of Melbourne, Fla.; guardian, Christine Douglas of Warsaw, Ind.; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Loretta Bartels; brother-in-law, Harold Bartels; and nephew, Jay Bartels. Memorial service is 1:30 p.m. Saturday, July 28, 2018, at Greenlawn Funeral Home, 6750 Covington Road, Fort Wayne, with calling 30 minutes prior to the service. Pastor Murray Clugston officiating.
