MARK J. WARE, 65, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Monday, Jan. 20, 2014. Born Oct. 2, 1948, in Fort Wayne, he was a son of the late Wayne Ware, Sr., and Pauline (Arger bright) Hullinger. He retired in 2004 as an equipment operator from NIPSCO. He was a past member of the Street Rod Association. He enjoyed his time delivering to people needing Meals on Wheels and also spending time with his grandchildren. Surviving family include his wife of 44 years, Vesta Ann Ware; children, Vesta Ann (J. Allen) Kirkman Jr., Mark J. (Jill) Ware II and Tara L. Shearer; siblings, Wayne (Julie) Ware Jr., Anna (Alan) Selby, Gary (Sally) Ware and Tim (Emily) Ware; half siblings, Earl, Eddie and Ricki Ware, Tenna Kelley, Andy and Terry Ware; and nine grandchildren. He was also preceded in passing by a brother, Rex Ware. Funeral service is 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 23, 2014, at Mount Calvary Lutheran Church, 1819 Reservation Drive, Fort Wayne, with visitation one hour prior. Visitation also from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2014, at the church. Burial in Highland Park Cemetery.
