Obituary

Lloyd T. White, Sr. passed away on Friday, August 11, 2017. He was born June 1, 1950 to James F. "Buddy" White and Lola V. White. Lloyd attended Southside H.S. and later entered the U.S. Navy. In February 1971 he married Yvonne Kelly from Newport, Rhode Island. From that union he had two sons, Lloyd T. White, Jr. and Kevin White; four grandchildren, Kaliyah, Kevin, Kiyanna and Kylie. He is also survived by two brothers, James F. White, Sr. and Adrian C. White; two sisters, Lorna G. Winston and Melanie (Tyrone) Cato, all of Fort Wayne, Indiana ; two aunts, Donna J. Parker and Marilyn O. Rencher of Fort Wayne, and a host of nieces and nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. Lloyd was preceded in death by his parents, James F. White and Lola V. White; and his sister, Karla L. White. The family of Lloyd T. White, Sr. acknowledges with sincere appreciation, the comforting messages, floral tributes, and other expressions of kindness evidenced at this time of thought and deed. May God add a blessing to each and every one of you. Graveside service with military honors is 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2017 at Marion National Cemetery, 1700 E. 38th St., Marion, Indiana.
