So sad Becky Baker will not be with us at the reunion. I remember dozens of slumber parties at her house. Loved her spirit and joy. Dear Becky, you are missed.

So if you're still on the fence about coming to the reunion, here's another reason to jump off .... connecting with friends you did NOT know in high school.

For example, Cindy Smith. The only thing I knew about Cindy in high school was that she was very pretty, sweet, and looked like a ballerina. We may have smiled at each other while passing in a hallway, but I don't remember ever having a conversation with her.

50 years and many emails/phone calls later, Cindy and I are meeting for the first time and renting a house together for the reunion.

The stars have finally aligned and now I have a new friend. Grateful.
