BELLINGHAM-Mrs. Natalie W. (Waithe) Shields, 31, of 20 Farm Road, formerly of Framingham, died Tuesday, February 19, 1980, after a long illness.

She was born in Boston, Mass. ( June 18, 1948).

Mrs. Shields is survived by her husband Joseph W. Shields, two children;

Derek and Melanie; her parents Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Waithe of Framingham and three brothers, Phillip Waithe of Boston, Stanley Waithe of Nebraska, and Peter Waithe of Medford.

            Funeral Services will be held at Park Street Baptist Church, Framingham, at 2 P. M. on Friday, February 22.

            The Reverend Raleigh H. Dutton, Pastor of Park Street Baptist Church and the Reverend Raymond Shepard of Bethany Church of Milford will officiate.

            Burial will follow in Edgell Grove Cemetery, Framingham.

            Friends may call at the Wadsworth Funeral Home, 318 Union Avenue, Thursday night from 7-9.
