After bouncing around from college to college looking for the best tennis program I finally graduated from MSU. I traveled half of the world for an entire year then relocated back to St. Croix. I landed a job as a hedge fund trader made a little money and lost a lot of other people’s money but ah, they were rich. I quite that job because it was ruining my life, something about having 5 computer screens, two keyboard and the view of the beautiful ocean in front of me pissed me off especially, since I majored in biology, not economics and never made it to the beach... so I quit. I got a job at St. Croix environmental, wrote a grant for conservation research study and was accepted at Kent University in England where I completed my Masters in Conservation Research and Education. After graduation I took another self evaluation break and tour the other half of the world.
I am back in St. Croix where I write grants for various agencies to pay the bills, I am publishing my first book of poetry and I am working towards opening my own environmental non-profit organization by the end of this year. I am single, no children, I drink a half of bottle of red wine every night, crazier than ever but I’ m HAPPY!
