Sammy Avon Bond Jr.

Services for Samuel Avon Bond Jr., 39, of Freeport will be held today at the Lakewood Funeral Chapel withthe Rev. L. Land officiating.

He died Tuesday (July 9, 1991) at Brazosport Memorial Hospital.

Burial will be in Restwood Memorial Park.

Bond was a 1974 graduate of Texas A & M University.  He was also a lifetime member of the American Rifle Association and a member of the Sons of Confederate Veterans.

He is survived by his parents, Doris and Samuel A. Bond Sr. of Freeport.

Memorials may be made to the Brazoria County Youth Home.
