WELCOME! We're so glad you found out about our event! We’ve worked very hard to negotiate and strike a balance between having a nice/fun event and not having to charge too much for everyone to enjoy each other’s company. The more people that come, the nicer the event will be with a little extra budget!

In order to continue to refine our plans, the sooner we know how many of us will be joining in the fun, the better! Therefore the following ticket pricing structure will help us keep a handle on things and not be left holding the bag.
Base ticket price is $115
- Tickets sold until
August 28th September 5th will be at the normal price of $115 per person
Late ticket sales will be priced at $125. Late tickets are anything purchased between August 28thand September 5th.- No tickets will be sold after September
5th 9th or at the door - FINAL DATE EXTENSION - 9/9!
- No refunds unless we are able to obtain refunds from the vendor(s) in which case refunds will be administered on a pro-rated basis

Hotel Discount
For our out-of-town classmates and those that don’t want to drive far, we have negotiated a special rate at the TownePlace Suites just one mile from Swiss Park. Base room rates (including breakfast) start at $129 and special rates also apply to larger rooms. You can book up to 4 nights at this rate.
The Towneplace Suites will also host an informal wine & cheese reception for WHS guests at 3pm before the Swiss Park event.
