I studied nursing and got my RN in 1975; got married the same year. I've worked in various nursing settings, but my husband's career as international business executive took us all over the United States and Canada. I have put my greater efforts into raising our three girls. I also went to school everywhere we lived, and attained a bachelors degree in liberal arts. We lived 11 years off and on in the Bay Area, and while there I earned a Master's Degree in philosophy at Stanford, and worked at the Stanford Sleep Clinic. I have published three books including a reference guide for nurses, a book for music lovers, and now have published a fourth, on the hidden history of the Mormon church. See my website (above) and amazon.com for more information. My husband is a recently retired CEO of Shofu Dental Corporation in San Marcos, CA, and we live in Escondido, CA. After studying the Bible, I became converted to the Christian faith. Having always loved music, including singing in Madrigals in high school, I play the piano and flute in a small music ensemble for churches, weddings, senior centers, and nursing homes. Our first little grandchild was born Oct. 1, 2014. Her name is Emma. My husband and I have become active Republicans and study and speak on how health care in this country can be improved. We plan to travel to the UK this summer to take classes at Cambridge University and tour the British Isles.
