Perry, James Earl, of Fullerton, died at home on January 21, 2010, at the age of 71 after bravely living with cancer for 13 months. He was a much respected and beloved teacher at Tuffree Middle School in Placentia before his retirement in 2003. Survivors include his mother, Ina; his wife of 38 years, Sharon, and their son, Chris; sister, Susan Carl (Jim) brother, Philip (Julie), and their extended families. Jim was a graduate of UCLA and CSU, Fullerton. Besides his family and teaching his delights were books, films, history, politics, college sports, travel, and home gardening. In the last year, he was visited frequently by his family and friends and at his request, no services are planned. McAulay & Wallace Mortuary.
