HODGKINS, IL Telephone Voice Coordinator and PC Technician (1999 -2001) (2004 - 2012)
Sole telephone coordinator for the Chicago Area Consolidated Hub (CACH) . A 35-acre facility which is the world's largest ground hub, providing 24-hour operation and servicing over 8,000 users. Performs all wired moves, adds and changes (MAC); repairs and training. Responsible for cost analysis, bill and equipment audits, administration of LEC (SBC) service plans in addition to configuration of assets for the private world wide UPS (ATLaS) telephone network. Programs Avaya Definity switch. Maintained integrated Cingular cellular bridge accounts for over 240 users with internal micro-cell network and facilitated migration to Nextel. Administrative contact for a 260 user, 6 channel Motorola Trunked radio system, two Siemens voicemail nodes, and a Proctor E-911 system. Negotiates and procures all telephone equipment, vendor services and pays expenses. Acts as staff liaison for calling cards, pagers, staff voice-mail issues, and security communication issues. Field & bench PC technician resolving any and all hardware, software and network issues.
ADDISON, IL Telephone Voice Coordinator and Technician (2002 -2003)
Sole telecom contact for the UPS North Illinois District, serving extended centers and hubs in Addison and Palatine. Assisted Metro-Chicago District with telecom support for hubs located in Franklin Park and Northbrook. (Same duties as listed above.) Equipment included Siemens 9006 series switches, associated Siemens voice mail servers, and Avaya / Lucent Definity switches. Provided local frequency management and care of Motorola UHF HT-1000 & HT-750 radios.

Managed Company communications-electronics tactical maintenance facility which repaired and maintained tactical, single channel, multi-channel, microwave, and tropospheric scatter radio communications systems.
