Hey, this is Betty (Price) Emerson from the Class of 88. Can you please add Kenny Beasley to your list of classmates. His name is not on there and I spoke with him and will email him the link for this webpage. Thanks.

Hey guys,
Great to hear from you all and cant wait to reconnect with you. Does anyone know what happened to Suzanne or Sharon Beasley? I didnt know they had passed. About Marty , he lived down the road from me. He took his life :(

Robin Bryant (Lipscomb)

I remember that Sharon Beasley was hit by a car on 401 at Hilltop Rd in high school. I thought Mike Kingston also passed away in '87. Didn't he always wear a trenchcoat and a hat?
Suzanne was in a car accident right? I have been curious about Marty... he went to the prom in a group with Scott and me in '87. We were sad to here about him.

How sad about Marty! I had no idea, it's no wonder he's family didn't want to discuss it.

Yes, Sharon Beasley was in a car accident.

Mike commited suicide as well. Yup, he was our trenchcoat guy.

I don't recall what happened with Suzanne.

Stephen Lawson was in a car accident. I'm still waiting to hear back from his mom on a note/comment to post for him. She was delighted that we remembered him.

Suzanne was in a car accident on Bass Lake Road. With all of these unfortunate events it makes you realize how quickly our lives can change.

MIA - Classmates --

CV Barrett -- I'm playing phone tag with his wife to get the information to him.

Paul Holder -- His wife is Susan from Class of 88. I've sent her a message asking that she have Paul update his profile for us.

Not sure who has them on their list -- but hopefully this bit of information will help ;P

I have talked with Trillis Campbell and gave her the site. I called Vickie and left her a message. I know Natalie Osborne lives somewhere here in Charlotte. Trillis talks frequently to Subriana Bain, Angela Beckwith and Angela Speed. So quite naturally, I think she may have told them. I am going to try to contact Andre Heggie's parents, they still live on Hilltop-Needmore Rd., to get contact information for him.

I would have never known about the reunion had I not seen Don Gray in WalMart in FV. I wonder how many others do not know. Sharon Baldwin's parents still reside in FV so I will call them today. I am not sure how to contact Tonya Taylor Harris but I will try. And I almost forgot about Bonnie Williams, I will call her mother. I will follow up with results.

I look forward to seeing everyone in October.

I left a message for Angela Beckwith with her daughter. I left messages with Sharon Baldwin's and Andre Heggie's fathers. I have an address for Bonnie Williams Pearson but no phone contact numbers.

Rhonda,

Donald was married to Lisa Griffin, they had dated since high school. He was an avid runner, running up to 15 miles a day. It is a very sad situation, it definately serves as a reality check for me.

I am also looking forward to seeing you all in October.

Does anyone know what happened to Donald ? How did he pass away?

Don Gray

Donald was in California at a conference for work. He was out riding bicycles with his host for the week when he had a massive heart attack. Unfortunately, he could not be recessitated. Please keep Lisa and their children in your prayers.

Caroline Lilley (Hicks)

Jennifer it was a blast and awesome to see you. I agree we all need to keep in touch, last night was too short a time to catch up with everyone. Yes, definitely need to post pictures. Angie and I were already talking about a 30th reunion...hey we can do it. Sorry I didn't get to say goodbye to many of you and those I didn't get to speak to..glad to see everyone is doing so well. It was really a great time. Thanks again to all that helped put it together, it really meant alot.

It was great to see everyone at the reunion!!! I took lots of pictures and will try to have them uploaded this week. The class of 88 has a section with pictures and I will get with Cara and/or Jenni to see if we can add that section to our site. We need to be thinking about if we want to have a 25th or wait until the 30th????? A big thank you to the class of 88 for letting us do this reunion with them. They've got it going on!!!

It would be great if everyone could take a look at the "Missing Classmates" and keep trying to locate them. I ran into Donna Vann at Walmart and told her about the website. She still sees Tonya Wilson and her sister is married to Scott Woolard. Word of mouth and chance meetings may be our only way to contact some of our classmates.

It was wonderful seeing everyone last night. I say a huge "Thank-You" to everyone that helped put this together. I personally would like to have a 25th reunion. My kids will be a little older and I would love to help out. Again, a huge "Thanks" to all who got this together. It was wonderful!!!

Donnie and I really enjoyed the reunion. It was nice seeing everyone all grown up! Thanks to everyone who had a part in making it happen. Mrs. Duncan said that was the nicest put together reunion she had ever been invited to. We can't wait for the next one.

I agree with all the other posts about the reunion - HAD A BLAST! A huge "Thanks" to the people who were involved in the planning. It was great to see everyone! A 25th or 30th reunion will be fun - either one sounds good to me.

It was a fun filled night. Enjoyed seeing everyone. Eleven o'clock came way to fast...so many friends I didn't get to catch up with. I looked at the '87 reunion class picture and there were people in it I didn't know came. I definately vote for having a 25th. Having the website up and running should make planning easier next time. Thanks again to the class of '88 and to Cara and James for being the ring leaders. I know there are many others from our class too....thank you! If anyone is planning a trip to New England, give me a call. :)Harriett
