From Loretta:

I regret to inform all of you but my husband David Wilkie passed away 2/19/11 from stomach cancer. He fought as hard as he could from August, 2010 and passed away in my arms and my daughter's hands.

He will be missed by everyone. David did not judge anyone and was such a simple person.

Yes we were childhood sweethearts and met in High School and were together until now. He has left us with some of the best knowledge anyone could receive: "When you love someone don't love them with your money or material items, love them with your heart - it is the best gift you can give to anyone. Do not judge anyone because it is not nice to be judged and you do not know what road they have been down." "Don't ever be a false person because people will see right through this and it truly is not you." He was a master at this and we will carry him on and honor him always.

He is such a simple person who always extended his heart and hands to everyone no matter what it took from him.

David was having a Fundraiser on March 11 but did not make it and the family is making it into a Memorial for him.

God Bless you David and be at peace. We will love you forever Loretta, Nicole and Ashley Wilkie

I am so sorry to hear about David.  He is in Gods arms and has no more pain. May God Bless you and your daughters, and know he is watching over all of you always.  I loved his wonderful beliefs, about not judging others and always being there to lend a hand.  Hold onto all those beautiful memories and I hope they will help you during this sad time.  I will pray for him and your family.  May God watch over all of you.

Dear Loretta and Family,

Dave and I grew up together as kids and always had fun.  I remember him has the nicest of the boys on my block.  We grew apart as people do when they grow up or I should say in high school, but whenever we were one on one he was the same Dave I remembered as a kid, kind and thougthful and funny.  You and your family are in my thoughts.

Loretta,

I can't express how sorry I am to here about the loss of your beloved Dave. I can't imagine how difficult losing Dave has been on you and your family. I wish I had heard about Dave's passing sooner. I would have loved to been at his memorial to celebrate his life with you and your family back in March and made my condolences in person. I remember when you and Dave first meet and knew way back then that the two of you were soul mated. The two of you were made for each other and built a beautiful life together. I will always remember Dave as a great guy with beautiful smile and spirit. Know that you and your familiy are in my thoughts and prayers.

Love

Lisa
