I spoke with Debbie's older brother, Monty tonight (10/12/2012).  We all use to live in the same neighborhood growing up.  He told me that Debbie had died.  Their sister, Elaine is still living.

I received a note from Debbie's sister, Elaine tonight.  She told me that Debbie was ill and passed away in 1994.  She has two kids that survive her.

Debbie, Elaine and their family lived up the street from me on Maple Dr. when we were kids.  The three of us were on the same soft ball team, along with many others from our neighborhood!
