Rhonda Green was a very sweet person.  I got to know her after graduation and found her to be such a gentle spirit.  Will miss her greatly.

I didn't meet Rhonda until our Senior year in our VOE class, but we became great friends. She was Maid of Honor in my wedding and I was her Matron of Honor 3 years later. I moved to NJ and she moved outside of Houston. We lost touch for a couple of years until we both moved back to Garland.

Christmas Day was always special at her house. She and her mom were very close and did so much together. They would spend weeks baking and cooking in preparation for Christmas Day. I was lucky enough to sample most of it. I still miss her peppermint/chocolate candy.

Rhonda contracted Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia at age 44 and spent almost the entire year of 1996 at Medical City Hospital. She died in Feb., 1997. I still miss her wonderful laugh.
