It is with the heaviest of hearts that we must announce the passing of another dear classmate.  Gordon Presley Joines passed away on September 25, 2016.  Although he lived in Phoenix AZ, he loved our class and kept in touch with us, as we did with him.  Gordon attended our 50th Reunion and had planned to see us in October at the 55th.  Gordon will be remembered as a valued member of our class, an accomplished piano player, and a lover of Tony's Ice Cream.  He is survived by a brother.  A memorial will be held later in October 2016 in NC.  We will keep everyone updated about the upcoming service.  We extend our deepest sympathy and condolences to Gordon's family and his other dear friends.  May the Peace of the Lord which surpasses all understanding be with us all now and forever more.
