Tonya Nations

I graduated from Appalachian State University in 1992 (Go Mountaineers!). I have two children - Cassie & Cory- that keep me very busy. Cassie is 10 years old and is currently a N.C. State Champion Breaststroker. All of our spare time is spent at swim meets! Cory is four and just started playing sports. He loves basketball and BMX (he can already ride his bike w/o training wheels!)I currently work as a District Manager for Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont and and I teach Group Fitness classes at the YMCA.

My favorite memories were of the football games and Pizza Hut afterwards! We also had a lot of laughs in Journalism and Yearbook classes.
