After graduating from Huss. I got the opportunity to fulifill one of my life long dreams-becoming a TARHEEL. Although, I didn't go to medical school as I dreamed, I did manage to double major and receive degrees in Biology & Chemistry. After graduating, I moved to Greensboro for a couple of years and worked dead end jobs. Finally in 1995, I got the opportunity to put my degrees to use. I began working for the USPS-forensic department. I've worked my way up to my current position-Branch President of the physical science unit, in the Eastern Region. I am based out of Dulles, VA but I reside in Raleigh. My job requires me to do alot of traveling, which I love and hate. I'm just loving life and giving God the praises. In my spare time, I'm spoiling my 3 handsome nephews, attending as many UNC-CH home games (basketball & football) as well as the Panthers, Falcons and Ravens. I try to attend as many jazz concerts as I can possibly fit into my hectic schedule and when I get a quite moment, I crank up the jazz on my IPOD, grab a glass of wine and draw/paint until my heart desires. I am also an activist for community service. I volunteer for the Habitat for Humanity, Redcross and Durham Homeless Rescue Mission, as often as I can.
