After graduating, I went to Appalachain State University where I graduated with a degree in interior design. I was a interior designer for a couple of years then a set designer for a photography studio in High Point, NC for about five years . I designed sets for furniture photograhpy.
I decided I had enough of design work and changed careers. I worked for seven years as a meeting planner/Account Executive for trade associations and non-profit groups. During this time I met Michael and we moved to Georgia. We enjoyed our time there but when we had Nathan, it was time to move closer to home.
I have recently become the office manager for a veterinarian hospital. My new job allows more time to spend with my two favorite guys.
