Marsha Stiles Pasley

Went to Appalachian right after high school. Had a blast there and got an education. Worked in Gastonia for a few years after graduation, then took a position with a sports marketing firm in Charlotte. Didn't like that very much (job yes, boss NO). I wound up answering an ad for an IT person with a civil engineering firm and stayed with them for 8 years. During that time I switched gears from IT support to Marketing and Business Development. Now I am with another civil firm doing corporate marketing.
Along the way I did some bartending and catering and just had a great time doing it.

I met my husband actually exactly one week after our 10 year reunion. We got married in 2002.

I remember always having a heavy metal magazine in my notebook and pulling it out in Latin class ... also, I brought a cake to the Latin class Christmas party with FELIZ NAVIDAD written across it in icing.
