Reunion location suggestion: Deb I can't remember if the location has been settled and booked. If not, I wanted to suggest the Daschofsky's property off Live Oak. I must admit I have not seen it yet, but I have heard from several people who have attended events there that is is very nice. I will get in touch with Fred and/or Lisa about pricing and booking dates. Any thoughts from anyone???

Valerie Dunahoo (Morrison) Does anyone know what the date for this year's homecoming game? I need to make sure I haven't already booked it up. And are we indeed doing this in the fall of this year - or next year? I was thinking this year in the fall since this would be like the beginning of our senior year (20 years ago of course!). Somebody just set me straight! Thanks!

Sarah Roberts Hey Guys! Hope this message finds everyone doing well. To follow up with Deb's email earlier, please forward any/all suggestions on reunion sites ASAP. I am gathering information on the Activities Complex, Ruby Caroline's and the bangquet room on the second floor of the Coryell Museum. The Peacock River Ranch is already booked. Sarah, is the Peacock River Ranch the Daschofsky's barn? Kandi (King) Luensmann was telling me that we needed to book this ASAP, but is this the same place? Gatesville Country Club could also be an option if you want me to check on that, maybe even for Friday night after the game????? What is Ruby Caroline's?--------OK I just read your prior comment about the Daschofsky's, sorry! Got my answer!!

Valerie the 20 year reunion will be September 25, 2010 ... that is the tentative date because the ISD has not published Homecoming date "officially" yet. The Class of '80 booked the Dashofsky's. =( Lisa, I love wine =)

We had my aunt's retirement party in the banquet room of the Museum (up on the second floor) just a few months ago in the summer. It was plenty large enough and would probably work out if it's not already booked. They have a nice sized dance floor and a bar area for serving food etc. Debbie, let me know if you guys need anything. I know i'm down in Austin but I am coming and would love to help out! Also, if you need anything printed (postcards, mailouts, etc) let me know since my hubby has the hook up as a print broker.
