Anne lived next door to me and was one of my best friends through grade school. We had wonderful times, running back and forth between our homes, playing all day and late into the evenings during summer vacation, sled riding on the hills by our houses on those great "snow" days, and spending the night at each others houses and talking and laughing late into the night. She went to Willoughby School for Girls during Jr. High, but came back to Geneva when we consolidated. Anne was a terrific person and I was terribly sorry to hear that she had passed late August, 1970. I had already moved to Los Angeles and could not make it back for her service, but know she was loved and missed by many. I will always remember her and the wonderful friendship we shared.
