1.       Membership/Classmate Search – Responsible for reaching out to Class of ’89 members and ensuring they are kept abreast of reunion planning activities; managing contact database; maintain attendance confirmation; provide information to appropriate committees as requested.
2.      Entertainment Committee – Identify potential entertainment providers; negotiate contracts in conjunction with financial committee; secure any vendor requested entertainment supplies.
3.      Financial Committee – Collect all monies associated with reunion (dues (?); reunion fees; donations); provide necessary reimbursements; maintain financial records and submit necessary reports.
4.      Event Planning/Logistics Committee – Coordinate theme selection; Identify potential venues for events; Develop schedule of events; Purchase decorations; recruit members for event set-up/decorating.
5.      Marketing/Advertising Committee – Promote reunion activities; prepare flyers and other marketing materials
