Greetings from Ardath, Sheila and Sandra

As per our notice dated March 2nd, those plans are now finalized with dates set at August 9th, 10th and 11th.

Meet and Greet - Sheila's home: Aug 9th 7 PM to whatever.  Beverages and light refreshments.

We thank you for such a quick response to the Riverbank menu selections, joining the web site and the many e-mails and letters.

Now is the time to open your wallets. Sixty dollars ($60.00) to help cover expenses would be nice. This will include the boat fare. However we ask that you pay-as-you go for your meals (Dock your Dory, Riverbank and Miner's Village).

We look forward to seeing everyone. If you have any questions, you know the numbers. Just incase you misplaced the agenda, Ardath has jotted down a brief outline.

Day 1 - Aug 9th: Meet & Greet

              7 PM @ Sheila's house

               15 Edina St.,Glace Bay

Day 2 - Aug 10th: "GIRLS DAY ON THE MIRA"

              12 - 2 PM:  Brunch at Dock you Dory (Morien)

              2- 3 PM:  Car drive along the Mira

              3 -5 PM: River Cruise starting at Albert Bridge (Mira Ferry)

              5:30 - 7:30 PM: Dinner at The Riverbank Restaurant (Marion Bridge)

              7:30 PM - another whatever : A social evening at Ardath's home in Mira.

                             2202 Trout Brook Rd.  (a  few surprises thrown in)

                              We might need a few designated drivers.

Day 3 - Aug 11th  AM  recovery time.

                                5:00 PM - Our closing dinner will be held at the MinersVillage Restaurant and will  include a group photo session.

Hello Ladies

We have decided on a 3 day reunion in August, with tentative dates:

8th, 9th & 10th or 9th, 10th & 11th or 10th 11th & 12th  - very exact aren't we?

Day 1 -  Meet and Greet with your guests at hmm ( to be decided).

(hoping for a show at the Savoy to follow)

Day 2 - "GIRLS DAY ON THE MIRA", classmates only.

An all day event which will include:

Brunch at Dock Your Dory ( Morien ).

Mira River Boat Cruise

Dinner at the Riverbank Restaurant ( Marion Bridge ).

A social evening at Ardath's home in Mira

( a few surprises thrown in )

We will need a few designated drivers!!

Day 3 -   AM - recovery time

               PM - tour of heritage museum, miners museum or hosptial ( for those that are interested ).

               Evening - our closing dinner will be held at the Miners Village Restaurant

and will include a group photo session.

Our reservations are not confirmed as most places do not open until May.

The fine points need to be worked out and will be sent your way as soon as possible.

In the meantime, start praying for fine weather.
