Linda Baxter and I married and went to Tucson, U of A to live and go to school. I worked my way through U of A in construction. Have stayed in construction and Tucson ever since. While in college, I was a city class handball player. After college, my city league basketball career took me to age 43. With every part of me broken in some way I manage to play golf, although not to my satisfaction or expectation.
Linda and I have two beautiful grandchildren living in Sonoita Az. where my dad grew up.
I have had good times and bad times in construction. Being a custom home builder I could not be in a worse business as these last two months play out. When we are older we will tell everyone "remember when were getting ready to retire and the country tanked". Not even a war or two can get things moving.
Financially a conservative, I am becoming socially compassionate for the people less fortunate than me. I am a Mason, Shriner, and Rotarian. I belong the Desert Skies Methodist Church, where I am in a Bible class. I attend Pine Canyon Church Camp in Chiricahua mountians, and am the work camp coordinator.
I am active in yoga classes and my passion is artwork, and drawing.
