Fellow Classmates:

Good news! Since we’re pushing 68 years old, the cops will not be checking for booze on our way into the sockhop. Seriously, we’re beginning organizational efforts for our 50th high school reunion that will be Friday-Sunday, October 5-7th, 2018 (Columbus Day weekend). 

It will include a casual gathering at Grandpa’s Place (near the train station) on Friday evening, cocktails and dinner Saturday evening at the newly renovated Glenview Park District Golf Club (on Shermer Road), and Sunday brunch at Kris Krumholtz Stidham’s in Northbrook.

Our last reunion was in 2008…so the information we’ve got is TEN YEARS OLD! We need you to verify your email address, phone number, home address and anything else you want to give us. PLEASE update us with info about classmates you’ve remained in contact with (like email address) – in case we have incorrect information…or don’t have any!!

At the moment, our small organizing committee includes Kris Krumholtz Stidham, Carol Christensen and Andy Olson. As we get the ball rolling we’ll expand the group…so let us know if you’re interested. Carol will be handling Facebook contacts (Glenbrook South H. S. Class of 1968), I’m handling email (aandrewolson@yahoo.com), and Kris is our phone person (1-847-272-7453). 

The key to a fun and successful reunion will be your help in providing us with updated information about yourself and others from the class you know. We will be in contact again shortly after we gather revisions from you. Here we go!
