Bruce Arthur Berlinger

After GBS, I went to Arizona State University. Moved to Denver and work in the Meat Business for a while and then moved into Real Estate. In 1984, I married and moved San Francisco. She hated it and I loved it, now with my second wife, we lived in Sausalito for 17 years and the last 23 in Mill Valley. We have two kids, Emily (27) and Arthur (24) both in High School. I have been selling Real Estate in the Bay Area for the last 29 years. We have a second home up in McCloud which is an old lumber town up by Mount Shasta. I purchased the town lumber mill in July, 2014 and I have been redeveloping it into several businesses and cleaning up what was a heavy industrial site for over a century. Mike Ericson is coming to visit me this month.

I'm living in northern California in two towns. I drive between Mill Valley and the small town of McCloud. I do RE in Marin County and six years ago purchased the decommissioned McCloud Lumber Mill and I have repurposed it into multiple business and my big sandbox. It is 280 acres, 400k sq ft of building and over 3 billion gallons of water rights. My wife, two kids and two dogs are all around making it a full life.
