The fact that I'm still in school after ten years is a bit frightening now that I think about it. I went to William and Mary, graduating in 2004 with a BA in English. Then, I did an MA in the UK, followed by a year in the Netherlands on a Fulbright scholarship. Since 2006, I've been at Johns Hopkins, where I'm a graduate student, teaching and studying English lit.

I married David Hershinow in October 2007. (We were married by my good friend and fellow GHS alum, Brian Wilkins.) Dave and I don't have kids yet, but we do have two shiny black cats, Lolo and Ira.
